The South Clubhouse, located at 1319 South Baden Drive, is the bigger of the two rentable facilities and, with existing tables and chairs, can accommodate sit-down groups up to 100. You can rent additional tables and chairs and increase the seating capacity to 150. The South clubhouse has a full working kitchen with a separate freezer and oversized refrigerator to accommodate catering trays, a separate bar area with 3-compartment sink, ice maker and commercial coffee pot.
The dining area has hardwood floors and there is a separate “living room” area with a gas-burning fireplace.
The South Baden Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible.
