While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information off line. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
All payments for Annual Usage Fees (HOA) are non-refundable. In the event you sell your property during the period covered by your HOA fees, it is your responsibility to notify the title company/entity handling your closing documents of the HOA fees paid so that you can receive the proper credit (if any due). Understanding that the Cabin Subscription listing is a voluntary program where you (homeowner) are providing all content to us (CVOC) for the purpose of advertising your rental property on our website for a period of one (1) calendar year. All payments for
Cabin Subscription Listings are non-refundable and cover a listing period from Jan – December 31. Renewals are optional. If your subscription begins in any month other than January, your initial subscription rate will be pro-rated. In the event you should sell your property prior to the end of your paid subscription, the subscription listing is transferable to the new owner. Any pro-ration of the subscription fee is the responsibility of the parties involved (Seller/Buyer) CVOC will not refund subscription fees. If your property is removed from the overnight rental program, upon your written request we will remove your cabin listing from the site. However; no refunds will be made to your subscription.
